In 2022, as Managing Director of FAMCORP, he was pivotal in the establishment of Arcadian Investment, a strategic entity designed to oversee industrial investments, showcasing our commitment to streamlined management and focused growth.
Known for his passion for cutting-edge technologies, Mohamed integrates innovative solutions into our business strategies, fostering a culture of advancement and modernization. Beyond his corporate responsibilities, Mohamed is actively involved in philanthropic efforts, addressing issues such as water scarcity, children’s health, and environmental conservation. At the foundation of Mohamed's impressive career is his early professional experience and academic background. He began his journey at HSBC, where he gained valuable insights into finance and business operations. Mohamed is an alumnus of Northeastern University, Boston, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics. This educational experience laid the groundwork for his successful professional trajectory and has been a cornerstone of his extensive expertise.

Abdulla brings with him substantial experience in investment planning and cash flow management. His financial acumen has been instrumental in steering the firm towards sustainable growth. Serving as the current Director of Finance at FAMCORP, he skillfully manages a diverse portfolio of personal and business assets across multiple global locations. In 2022, Abdulla played an important role in the launch of Arcadian Investment. Now holding the position of Vice Chairman, he continues to lend his strategic financial insights, guiding the company's future trajectory with a keen eye for detail and a broad vision for growth.
Abdulla is a proud graduate of the American University in Dubai, where he honed his skills and knowledge in finance. His academic background has laid a solid foundation for his impressive career and continues to inform his strategic approach. Beyond his professional life, Abdulla harbors a deep passion for music.
Mohamed Salman
Board Member and CEO
Mohamed serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Arcadian Investment, bringing dynamic leadership and strategic vision to the forefront of the company's operations. His career is defined by a commitment to operational excellence and strategic management. This journey has been shaped by resilience to extreme challenges and the capability to deliver under any circumstances. Supported by a robust academic background, including an M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Engineering, and over 20 years of diversified experience in the Engineering and Construction Business, Mohamed has developed a keen ability to provide innovative and exclusive solutions in high-level management roles. His blend of academic knowledge and extensive professional expertise allows Mohamed to lead with foresight and creativity, ensuring that operations consistently surpass industry benchmarks and stakeholder expectations.
